In this plan, we offer you tech manpower which will be dedicated to working only for your company. This is the equivalent of having your own employees work in a remote office 8 hours a day. The techs under this plan send a daily day end report to you detailing the work they performed that day. You can use these guys to perform tech support, live chats and even system administration tasks based on your immediate needs.

SHIFT PLAN
Under this plan we offer you a comprehensive per server package for 24x7 coverage of all your technical support and system administration needs. This plan also includes server monitoring of all your servers during your shift time and immediate response on the system administration front when any service on the server fails. Under this plan, we also undertake all communications that need to be had with your co-location service provider as and when needed. This plan is ideally suited to companies into reselling and dedicated server server service providers. You choose the timings of the shift and number of shifts for which you want our support to remain active for your company. This plans has the options of covering your helpdesk/Live chat support as well.

TICKET PLAN
Under this plan we offer you personnel who will man your support board and answer tickets as and when they appear 24x7. We guarantee you a 2 hour response time for every support request. In this plan we will charge you a per ticket fee per month in the blocks of 10 tickets. This plan is ideally suited to companies and resellers who are still new and growing in the business and would like to outsource support to enable them put more time into marketing and other more productive activities and still controlling the support charges based on the number of problems encountered before deciding to go for full fledged higher end support options.
