What infrastructure requirements do I need to have for your services ?

You may not need any local support infrastructure. That's why you should opt us for, We have the entire infrastructure and will give you any level of remote support that you may need. We do need the servers on which service is required to be performed online and other basic policy updates and information we may need while handling your live support and sale chat for you.

What is the minimum resolution time ?

We normally work with under three hour response time and over 90 % successful resolution time.
